Challenge
When in-person scientific events were canceled during COVID-19, researchers needed to adapt their presentation skills to virtual and hybrid formats.
Approach
I redesigned my coaching programs for remote delivery—doubling session time for deeper slide/content review, mailing physical resource kits, and adding interactive digital materials. Over time, I evolved the program into a hybrid model with blended tools and support.
Outcome
Participants reported stronger communication skills, increased confidence, and improved audience engagement. The program contributed to a client earning the Joint Accreditation Commendation Criterion 20 award for medical education innovation.
