Challenge
AstraZeneca needed scalable, engaging training for two distinct groups: physician speakers (to replace costly in-person events) and sales representatives (to transform dense compliance training).
Approach
For the speakers bureau, I developed modular online training with scripted video and carefully structured content to retain attention. For compliance training, I created scripted vignettes with actors, added humor through exaggerated scenarios, and designed interactive assessments with best-practice guidance.
Outcome
Both programs scaled effectively, reduced costs, and maintained high learner engagement. The compliance training became the standard annual program, renewed year after year for its originality and impact.
