A fast-growing electrical contracting company needed consistent, scalable communications and onboarding to support growth, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Approach
I built the company’s first communications function—introducing a brand guide, executive messaging, media training, newsletters, and digital safety briefings via iPad. I also designed a year-long onboarding experience with simulations, gamified quizzes, assessments, and a safety leadership handbook.
Outcome
Established a sustainable communications team, equipped leaders with clear messaging, and improved onboarding with interactive training—strengthening safety culture across a distributed workforce.
